tatibel

About the company

Tatibel is a traditional neighborhood stationery and printing shop that sells handmade and personalized products such as cards, notebooks, agendas, stickers, mug prints, t-shirts, banners, and much more. They are always up to date with the latest trends and bring everything new to their customers.

About the job

The demand for this service was to create an e-commerce platform for their customers to place orders online, in the comfort of their own homes. They wanted a very childlike and relaxed atmosphere, following the same style as their physical store.

Graphic design

I started by creating the website banners. They wanted simple but eye-catching illustrations that spoke about the service in a casual way, so I created a few templates, both for desktop and mobile.

web design

Unfortunately, due to my amateurism in creating websites at the time (it was my first website created using WordPress, my first e-commerce, my first paid job), upon completing the product creation, I made it available to the owners without making any backups and worse: without documenting anything, I didn’t take any screenshots to put in my portfolio.

It turns out that about 3 months later, the stationery hired a marketing team who (don’t ask me how or why) completely messed up the site. This greatly harmed me because all the images you will see below were taken during the editing process, it’s not exactly the final product, but it already gives an idea of what it looked like. Currently, Tatibel no longer has a website. So, I apologize in advance for the images shown here, it’s really all I have.

Mobile version

Here, for example, you can see how the style changed after a few rounds of editing and approval, the button styles, product boxes, the “my cart”, “my account” icons, the mobile menu, etc. Once again, I apologize for the image quality, these screenshots were retrieved from WhatsApp conversations, and the app tends to reduce the quality of the files.
